Brantons Group: Hello. It is truly an honor to give this interview to the E-commerce Journal. I know you guys are very knowledgeable and you have a very loyal readership and you provide most accurate information in the world of e-commerce. Well, my name is Elizabeth Parker, and I represent Brantons Group, I manage support department, I am responsible for relations department, I also have a role as a financial advisor, which is pretty important today in the market of finances, especially when it comes to investing.

Q:Tell us please about your company. When and who has founded the company and who are those people behind Brantons Group?

Brantons Group: Generally, we carry 4 departments, those are customer service, advertisement team, technical support and least but not last is the investment team responsible for profit of the company. We launched our online portal just after New years this year, so far so good. Our president's name is Dr. Marting Jefferson, very successful guy, we all do respect him.

Q: You are an investment company but what type of businesses or industries do you work with?

Brantons Group: Besides forex trading, we do invest in a lot of Real Estate projects, from educational institutions to hospitals and entertaining centers. Real Estate happens to be the most lucrative at the moment, look at the economy. Real Estate prices are very handy at the moment.

Brantons Group: We offer two plans, each plan is stable and has a behavior of it's own, one is fixed and other is fluctuating. By investing into one of the plans you will profit regardless, it's all the matter of time.

Q: Could you please tell us about your investment plans?

Brantons Group: Sure, we offer Unit F with up to 1.6% daily, and Unit T with an average of 2.0% daily. The difference between two is the length of trading period and daily rates. The concept is the same though - the higher your investment is the higher daily profit you receive.

Q: Will you introduce any new ones?

Brantons Group: We might. Don't have any particular plans on doing so, but yes, it can happen. Definitely looking forward to increase daily rates as we grow.

Q: You offer a great variety of funding methods. But which one is preferable?

Brantons Group: It depends on which one you prefer, really. Most of our investors prefer Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money, although we also offer Wire transfer, Western Union/Money Gram, soon will launch credit card payments.

Q: Can the investors use different deposit and withdrawal methods, e.g. make a deposit through one of the online payment systems and withdraw the profit by a bank wire?

Brantons Group: Unfortunately, that won't be possible. You have to stick to the source which you deposited with.

Q: Do you allow premature principal withdrawals? Do you charge fees for them?

Brantons Group: Yes, we do have a premature closing of the investment available, the fee is %45, which means we may be able to refund 55% of your investment. Pretty standard fee.

Q: Previously you worked with a SolidTrustPay. Will you continue the work with this payment processor in future? Will you also add any new payment methods?

Brantons Group: Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money cover the area, we decided that SolidTrustPay will not be necessary for use to our investors, so we removed it, not to clog the payment options and keep it simple.

Q: You offer a lot of ways to contact you. Which one is the best for the clients and for what issues?

Brantons Group: You may reach us directly by phone, you may request a callback, you may chat live to one of our representatives, you may submit a feedback form from our website. Whichever one suits you.

Q: Your site is presented in 3 languages. Can the clients contact you in all those languages? Will you add any new language?

Brantons Group: Yes, you may contact us in any of the language, we will be able to assist you. Looking forward to add German version of the website as well.

Q: Why do you have different addresses for office and correspondence? Can the clients come to your office? What are the business hours? Is your management team and the whole staff available there?

Brantons Group: Yes, you may visit us in United Kingdom, or United States, we have an office in both of the countries. To arrange the meeting please contact our support department and tell us in detail about your needs, we would be happy to advise potential investors personally, face to face.

Q: Do you hold any conferences for your investors?

Brantons Group: We try to frequently update our news section, to let everyone know how are we doing and what is to come, our PR team takes care of that. We send out special promotions by e-mail to our potential clients, we constantly send out tips, market update and other useful information that is of value to our members.

Q: Could you please tell us about your affiliate program?

Brantons Group: Yes, we have a 3 level affiliate program. You are welcome to promote our services worldwide and make commission off of it. Some affiliate promoters earn up to 10k+ per week, just from commission.

Q: Do you allow multiple accounts? Can the members of one family be affiliates of each other?

Brantons Group: Normally we don't allow for family members to refer each other, but we will not disable your affiliate earning if it's two or three family members max. If you refer yourself - that is considered as cheating, all other cases are bearable.

Q: Do you block the accounts? What can be the reason for such actions?

Brantons Group: We do not block the accounts, you may invest safely, does not matter where you are from, location does not make a difference.

Q: How do you provide a security to your clients? Do you have a DDoS protection?

Brantons Group: We do have DDoS protection, we carry SSL certificate and we constantly are up to date with the security systems on our main sites, where physical equipment is based.

Q: People are very skeptic about the online investment. How can you guarantee that you will not disappear after receiving a huge investment?

Brantons Group: We have no reason to disappear, we love what we do and we have zero reason to disappear. If you talk about HYIP - the reason is obvious. We are a real trading company, we don't offer outrageous daily percentage. We know what to do and are able to provide our services to investors easily.
