Citibank is
searching for the new ways to attract clients. One of such ways is a launch of
the newly developed banking platform Citibank Mobile.
"The
Citibank Mobile is a comprehensive mobile banking solution which provides
customers with transactional banking services and real information on their
mobile phones," said Roy Heong, head of Alternate Channels and e-Business.
The new platform was built on the basis of the company’s developing and existing version of Citibank Online which was customized accordingly. Owing to platform now the customers can conduct all necessary banking operations on their cell phones. The program is applicable on all standard mobile phones, PDAs including iPhones. To access their account and conduct transactions the clients can use their standard usernames and passwords.
