Goldman Sachs sues Goldman Sachs?
It has been announced that Goldman Sachs, Manhattan investment bank has hired Chadbourne & Parke, a major Wall Street law firm, to deal with a blogger negatively affecting company reputation.

Mike Morgan, who opened goldmansachs666.com a few weeks ago, is a registered investment adviser. The website includes such posts as "Does Goldman Sachs Control the U.S. Government?" and "If Goldman Sachs Robbed Your House? What Would You Do?" It should also be mentioned, that the URL has a mark of the beast.

The law firm has already sent Morgan a cease-and-desist letter warning him about the legal actions he would face if he doesn't shutter the operation. The letter said, usage of "the mark Goldman Sachs violates several of Goldman Sachs' intellectual property rights," and company lawyers are claiming Goldman customers would be confused by the new site. Morgan stated he was ready to fight any legal action taken against him by Goldman Sachs.

Three years ago, Goldman Sachs had already filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum over the website Goldmansex.com that was a business billed as an "advertisement portal for adult entertainers." The bank said the website confused its clients too. The bank had won the case then.

It should be reminded, that the bank owes $10bn to the US government in bailout funds.
