S1 Enterprise, a division of S1 Corporation and a provider of bank-centric services, announced the release of 3.7 version of its S1 Online Banking solution. The company reports that S1 Online Banking 3.7 has incorporated the latest Web 2.0 technologies to improve the user experience, while at the same time enhancing flexibility by separating the presentation layer from the business logic through the use of cascading style sheets.
Most notable function added to the new version is the “My Bank” landing page which displays the most commonly accessed information immediately after login which as S1 Enterprise says adds convenience and accessibility. The page creation of which was inspired by feedback from its customers contains account balances, recent and pending transactions and the ability to make a quick transfer.
Besides, the new version features the Info Centre that presents a mini-dashboard of new messages, alerts and approvals on the My Bank page and other main pages. Additionally the solution was also upgraded in its navigation options including dropdown menus to enable quick browsing within the application and light boxes that provide detailed information and fields for entering information without leaving the primary screen.
