Within this framework Latvian side will get Tieto Card Suite Acquiring technology. Essence of TietoEnator Card Suite Acquiring is systematization of functions of merchant network management. Also it is used for solution making process with merchants and provides the exchange of transaction data with payment systems such as Visa, American Express, Master Card and Diners Club.  

After its launching, multiple bank transfers will no longer be necessary as long as customers will be able to make payments for services offered by Latvian state institutions with a payment card. The structure of the card service provides splitting transaction amount into several accounts.
